Data collected and purpose of processing

Data provided directly by you:

When you want to receive information about our products, promotional campaigns, special offers, you must fill out a registration form (newsletter) containing data regarding name, e-mail, phone number. These data are considered confidential and will be collected only for your subsequent contact in order to present our offer, as well as for further information, usually through e-mail newsletters regarding news or promotions.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and related legislation, the purposes for which we process your personal data are strictly related to the relationship between Rhein Vision and the data subject. The information you provide to us is treated with the utmost confidentiality and exclusively for the purposes for which it was collected.

The purposes for which we process data are:

  • contracting and managing customer relationships;
  • development of marketing activity.

Accessing the site:

Each time a user accesses a page from our offer and each time a file is opened, access data is saved by us and partially by third parties in the form of protocol files. Each data set includes: the internet page from which you access our page, IP address, date and time of access, client request, http response code, amount of data transferred, information about the browser and operating system used by you.
